Daria is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Certified Member of International Association for Health Coaches.
She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and continued her journey into Health and Wellness Coaching by completing Hormone Health and Advanced Coaching Programs.

Daria’s journey into the world of Holistic Health Coaching and Integrative Nutrition started over ten years ago when she moved to the United States from Europe. The difference in food quality and diet led to some chronic women’s health issues that she suffered with for some time....

A Health Coach knows that you are an expert on your health. You are the only one who knows what is good for YOUR body. By creating a safe place, the Coach helps you find the correct answers, slow down, and heal. You will be changing your life slowly, one small step at a time, and your Coach will be by your side to cheer you on, celebrate your achievements, and sometimes give you a little push to restore your self-confidence.
